Roadmap 2025: Our Path to Becoming the Frontend of Crypto.
It’s the dawn of a new era at Houdini Swap. We are targeting $1B in volume per week, and we’re out to deliver on it this year! If you’ve been with us for a while, you know our team is relentless in achieving its growth goals with a stellar record in doing so.
Our first foray into crypto was to solve compliant private transactions, allowing users to send assets across multiple blockchains without sacrificing their financial security. Our ethos was that if crypto was to achieve global, widespread adoption, then privacy needed to exist, bank-account-level privacy.
For our second act, we tackled cross-chain connectivity and built our V3 DEX aggregator, allowing users to transact freely across 80+ networks at faster speeds.
For our next act, we present to you “The Frontend of Crypto.” Houdini Swap is determined to be the next crypto unicorn and disrupt the entire industry with our advanced aggregation engine. Bridge this, DEX that, Cowswap this, 1inch that, Wormhole this, Jupiter that, Phantom this, MetaMask that… it doesn’t make sense. We’re building the Amazon for Web3, aggregating the fastest, cheapest, compliant, reliable, and secure liquidity venues under one simplified UI/UX.

With that, we’re pleased to share our 2025 roadmap. Below is a breakdown of each item and how it will take us to our goal.
1. Revenomics 2.0 (Revy and the Jets) ✅
After 1,000 total team hours deepdiving in strategy sessions to start the year, we published our updated revenomics model, which can be found [here]. Fifty percent of the value creation is distributed back to token holders, and 50% is allocated towards driving our growth roadmap. Organic demand, marquee partnerships, and a performance product took us to $50M/week in volume. Other than a few KOLs for campaign launches we have spent nothing on marketing getting here, call it 20,000 in cash spent on marketing to date. We recognize that to reach $1B/week in volume, we need to implement an aggressive, data-driven marketing/growth strategy.
2. More Wallet, More Chains (Mo Money, Mo Problems) ⛓️🧙♂️
Max abstraction > max extraction. Berachain, Sonic, Sui, Supra, Tron, ADA, etc., and their respective wallets will all be integrated into our UI to optimize user experience.
3.Super Aggregator (Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger) 🧱✨⚡💪
Houdini is going direct to the LPs by integrating Uniswap, Raydium, Aerodrome, and all major DEXs to become an equal or lowest cost frontend. We’re significantly reducing latency with pure DEX aggregation while ensuring 100% transparency regarding fees to build trust and reliability among our users.
4. Route Selectoooooor 🛣️⬅️⬆️➡️
Cowswap for MEV protection? Wormhole for bridging? DeBridge for cross-chain swaps? Our new Route Selectoooooor will enable users to have sovereignty over their routes. You’ll be able to filter by cost, speed, and security, among a host of other inputs.
5. Trading Terminal (Wall Street Wizards) 🖥️📈
There’s a clear gap in the crypto marketplace for a trading terminal that disrupts products like BullX (too complex) and Uniswap (too mundane). We’re building an in-house Pro Version for traders from the ground up. It will feature advanced charting, portfolio analysis, cross-chain functionality, fee transparency, limit orders, P&L statements, customized notifications, and much more.
6. Mega Marketing (Wizzmaxxing) 🧙♂️📣
We’re a top 30 revenue-generating project, according to the Token Terminal 180-day metric, yet our mindshare, awareness, and marketing don’t reflect that. This is about to change drastically.
To date, we’ve spent almost nothing on marketing. We recognize that achieving $1B in weekly swap volume requires millions of human brains to know who we are. We’re close to hiring our CMO, and we’ll shortly be ready to deploy a sophisticated, multi-layered marketing plan which will include ROI-based performance marketing, ecosystem expansion campaigns, geographical expansion and a host of campaigns promoting our upcoming feature and product launches. We’ll also be increasing our presence at IRL events and conferences so get ready to see Houdini Swap everywhere this year.
7. Listing Brigade (More LaaS) 🪖🪖🪖
We’ve listed over 100 tokens to date, which has been a major growth catalyst for Houdini Swap. We aim to further support our listings team to fuel this rocket. Our process is now well tuned, and we’re prepared to onboard the next 1,000 communities to Houdini Swap.
Projects we list benefit from increased volume, utility, and marketing. Their users gain an additional trading venue and enhanced utility, while Houdini Swap benefits from marketing, user acquisition, and long-term partnerships.
8. API/SDK Upgrade (Houdini Worldwide) 🔌🌍
The dream is to become the swap provider for major platforms like Ledger, Trezor, MetaMask, Rabby, and other widely used frontends. We’ve achieved some success with trading bots, wallets, and launchpads, but our SDK will drive the next phase of growth.
Imagine the LIFI model, but as Houdini Swap. We’ll offer DEX aggregation AND CEX aggregation, enabling interchain swaps, cross-chain swaps, and private swaps.
9. Houdini Marketplace: Amazon for Web3 🤐💳
There is no off ramp. Crypto is the off ramp. Booking a vacation? Uber gift cards? Buying a Lambo with your gains? We’re bringing you that and more, all with the option to swap privately into these assets. Bitrefill, Travala, and other marquee partnerships will be a byproduct of using their tech for the private marketplace.
